Ingredients:
Raw Plantain / Vazhakai/Raw Banana : 1 big oneOil to frying
Gram Flour (sanagapindi) : 1 cup
Rice Flour - 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 tbsp
Chilli Powder : 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Baking Soda : 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida/Hing(Inguva) : 1/4 tsp
Water : 3/4 cup or adjust
Directions:
1.Peel banana and cut them Slice them thinly. keep aside till use.2.Take besan mix rice flour ,salt n chilli powder,garam masala in water and make a smooth paste.shouldn't mix thickly
3.Heat the oil in a kadai and Dip the banana sliced in the paste and fry on both sides till golden and crispy
4.serve it with coconut chutney or Ketchup
We can also do like this:
1.take a bowl.mix onions,tomatoes,salt,cilantro,chilli powder,garam masala,pepper powder,lemon juice and mix well. cut the bajii in the middle and keep onion mixture2.take a bowl mix onions and lemon juice mix and cut the bajii in the middle and keep onion mixture
