Ingredient :
Long Chilies/Mirapakaya bajji : 5 nosOil to frying
For the stuffing:
Fried gram dal/ Putanalu pappu : 1/2 cupRed chilli powder : 1.5 tsp
Cumin powder : 1/4 tsp
Hing/Inguva : 1/8 tsp
Chaat masala powder : 1/2 tsp
Salt & water : as needed
For the bajji batter/paste:
Gram Flour (sanagapindi) : 1 cupRice Flour - 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 tbsp
Chilli Powder : 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Baking Soda : 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida/Hing(Inguva) : 1/4 tsp
Water : 3/4 cup or adjust
Directions:
1.Take all the ingredients given for stuffing and grind them to a paste/batter.
2.Wash and cut the chillies in two vertically.Remove the seeds completely . Keep it aside.
3.Stuff the chilli with paste done before and Keep it aside.
4.Take besan mix rice flour ,salt n chilli powder,garam masala in water and make a smooth paste.shouldn't mix thickly
5. Heat the oil in a kadai and Dip the stuffed chilli in the paste and fry it for a minute.set aside.
6.Again dip it in a paste for second coating and fry it becomes until light brown.
7.serve with onion and lemon juice
We can also do like this:
1.we can cut the chilli bajji in pieces and fry them again and serve it with ketchup it also a good taste .
2.Take a bowl.mix onions,tomatoes,salt,garam masala,pepper powder,lemon juice and mix well. cut the bajii in the middle and keep onion mixture.
