    Potato Bajji/Aloo Bajji


    Ingredients:

    potatoes : 2 big size
    Oil to frying
    Gram Flour (sanagapindi) : 1 cup
    Rice Flour - 1 tbsp
    Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 tbsp
    Chilli Powder : 1 tbsp
    Salt to taste
    Baking Soda : 1/4 tsp
    Asafoetida/Hing(Inguva) : 1/4 tsp
    Water : 3/4 cup or adjust

    Directions:

    1.Peel potatoes and cut them  Slice them thinly. keep aside till use.
    2.Take besan mix rice flour ,salt n chilli powder,garam masala in water and make a smooth paste.shouldn't mix thickly
    3.Heat the oil in a kadai and  Dip the potato sliced in the paste  and fry on both sides till golden and crispy
    4.serve it with  chutney or Ketchup

    We can also do like this:

    1.take a bowl.mix onions,tomatoes,salt,cilantro,chilli powder,garam masala,pepper powder,lemon juice and mix well. cut the bajii in the middle and keep onion mixture
    2.take a bowl mix onions and lemon juice mix and cut the bajii in the middle and keep onion mixture
