    Brinjal Bajji


    Ingredients:

    Brinjal : 1 big size
    Oil to frying
    Gram Flour (sanagapindi) : 1 cup
    Rice Flour - 1 tbsp
    Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 tbsp
    Chilli Powder : 1 tbsp
    Salt to taste
    Baking Soda : 1/4 tsp
    Asafoetida/Hing(Inguva) : 1/4 tsp
    Water : 3/4 cup or adjust

    Directions:

    1.Take brinjal wash then  cut into them thinly Slice. keep aside till use.
    2.Take besan mix rice flour ,salt n chilli powder,garam masala in water and make a smooth paste.shouldn't mix thickly
    3.Heat the oil in a kadai and  Dip the brinjal sliced in the paste  and fry on both sides till golden and crispy
    4.serve hot with Ketchup

    **U CAN ALSO COOK BRINJAL BAJJI WITHOUTCUTTING SLICES WITH SMALL BRINJAL SAME PROCEDURE
