    Bendakaya Vellulli Karam Curry


    Ingredients:

     
    Ladies finger  -kg ( cut into 1” pieces)
    Garlic peeled  -30cloves
    Red chilliles    - 12
    Jeera              -1 table spoon
    Tamarind pulp thick -6 table spoons
    Oil        - 8 table spoons
    Turmeric powder  - a pinch
    Salt      - to taste

    Seasoning:
    Urad dal  - 2 table spoon
    Mustard seeds -1table spoon
    Jeera              -1 table spoon
    Red chillies      - 2nos.
    Curry leaves     -1/2cup

    Method:

     
    1. Grind garlic, red chillies, jeera and salt as a nice paste.
    2. Boil ladies finger in plenty of water adding tamarind pulp, salt and turmeric powder for 5 minutes.
    3. Now fry the seasoning in a kadai Pan  and add boiled ladies finger and fry for some time and after it fries add  paste to the kadai pan and fry till the raw smell of paste goes.
