    Egg Bajji


    Ingredient :

    tomato's : 1/2Cup finely chopped(optional)
    oil To Fry
    salt  :1/2 tsp
    chilli powder : 1/2 tsp
    rice flour : 1/4 Cup
    Gram Flour(sanagapindi) : 2Cup
    Eggs: 4 Large (boiled)
    onions : 1/2Cup (finely chopped)(optional)
    lemon :1/2 Slice (optional)

    Method:

    1. Take besan mix rice flour ,salt n chilli powder,garam masala in water and make a smooth paste
    2. Heat the oil in a kadai and  Dip the egg in the paste and fry it for a minute.set aside.
    3.Again dip it in a paste for second coating and fry it becomes until  light brown.
    4.take a bowl.mix onions,tomatoes,salt,chilli powder,lemon juice and mix well.
    5.Cut the egg into two halfs.put the onion mixture on the top of the egg serve hot.


    We can also do like this:
    1.take a bowl.mix onions,tomatoes,salt,cilantro,chilli powder,garam masala,pepper powder,lemon juice and mix well. cut the egg into small chopped and mix it with onion mixture
    2.take a bowl mix onions,tomatoes ,pepper ,chilli powder,garam masala,lemon juice and mix well.cut egg into 4 slices and put the mixture and serve
