Ingredient :
palak :5 CupsPaneer : 200 grams cubed
onion : 1 large chopped finely
Green Chili : 2 chopped finely
red chilli powder to taste(optional)
ginger garlic paste :1 tbsp
tomato : 2 chopped finely
salt to taste
coriader powder : 1 tbsp
cumin powder : 1 tsp
Garam masalas :1 tsp
cream fresh :1 tbsp(optional)
fenugrek leaves : 1 tbsp
garlic :5 cloves
Directions:
To make Palak Puree:
1.Wash and chop palak. Take water in a sauce pan and bring it to boil. Add palak to cook it for 5 mins until it is completely wilted2. Let it be cool and Grind palak in a blender and turn it into a fine paste.(some prefer to chop and use.)
Palak curry :
1.Heat oil in a deep pan or kadai. Add whole garam masala.2.Now add onions and green chillies fry till golden brown. Add turmeric, ginger garlic paste take 1 min.
3.Add tomatoes till oil separates takes 5 to 7 mins and add all spices and red chili powder and slat.
4.Now add the spinach (palak) and mix well .cook till it oozes out oil(separate) and add all spices and red chili powder.
5.Add Paneer pieces. (some use it fried) to the gravy and simmer in for
15 to 20 mins
6.Adding garlic slices ( optional)
7.Top with little cream ( optional).
