    Tamato Rice


    Ingredient :     
    Onion     1
    Coriander 1/4 Bunch
    mint leaves 1/4 Bunch
    Garam Masala (Cloves, Cinnamon, Bay Leaves, Elaichi) 2 nos.
    Tomatoes 4

    green Chillies     4
    Basmati Rice     2Cups
    Butter     20ml
    Taste To Salt        
    Ginger garlic Paste 1/2 Tablespoons
    Water

    Direction
    .In a heavy bottomed pan,add butter&garam masala just fry little bit.
    .Add ginger garlic paste,onions,green chillies fry for few minutes.
    . make tomatoes like a paste then add to the pan and fry for few minutes.
    .add coriander&mint leaves.
    .add water & rice then cook it in a low flame.
    .Garnish with roasted cahewnuts &
    Coriander leaves.
    .Serve this hot with & Cucumber Raithaor with any curry it taste
