Ingredients:
Boiled rice - 2cup
Lemon -2
salt -to taste
oil - 2tblsp
Seasoning:
Mustard seeds -1or1 1/2 tsp
Urad Dal -1or1 1/2 tsp
Channa Dal -1or1 1/2 tsp
Peanuts -2or3tblsp
Red chilli -3
Green chilli -3
Asafoetida(hing)-1/8 tsp
Curry leaves -10-13
dry red chillies,broken -2
turmeric powder -1/2tsp
method:
1.Heat a oil in a pan on medium flame
2.Stir-fry the peanut about 1-2 minutes and take out from the oil.cool the oil for 2 mins
3.Again heat the same oil for seasoning add Channa Dal,Mustard,Urad Dal,Red chilli,Green chilli,Asafoetida,Curry leaves step by step at finally Turmeric
4.Add the pre-cooked rice, peanuts and salt over the rice.
5.Finally add lemon juice and mix well and garnish with curry leafs (optional) or and serve
Tip:
.you can use buttermilk chillies
.we can use jeera in seasoning
