    Onion  Vada



    Ingredients


    Sliced onions-2 cups
    Gram flour-11/2 cup
    Red chilli powder-1 tsp
    Salt as needed
    Ginger garlic paster-1 tsp
    Chopped Curry leaves-1/4 cup
    Chopped Green chillies-3
    Oil for deep frying

    Method

    Put these all ingredients in large bowl (except oil) and make a thick mixture by using enough water.
    Heat oil in a kadai, and take small amount of mixture and put in heat oil.
    (Remaining thick mixture also put in heat oil)
    Fry this vadas on both sides in medium heat till brown color.
    Serve it hot with any chutney.
