    Butter Chicken






    Chicken is cooked in creamy rich sauce made with cashews, almonds, tomatoes and butter, also known as Chicken Makhani.
    Preparation Time : 45 mins
    Cooking Time : 20 mins
    Total Serving : 4

    Ingredients:
        natural yogurt :     150ml
        ground almonds :     50g
        chili powder :     1 1/2 tsp
        crushed bay leaves :     1/4 tsp
        ground cloves :     1/4 tsp
        ground cinnamon :     1/4 tsp
        garam masala :     1 tsp
        green cardamom pods :     4
        ginger pulp :     1 tsp
        garlic pulp :     1 tsp
        tomatoes :     400g can
        salt :     1 1/4 tsp
        chicken, skinned, boned and cubed :     1kg
        butter :     75g
        corn oil :     1 tbsp
        medium onions, sliced :     2
        fresh coriander, chopped :     2 tbsp
        cream :     4 tbsp

    Preparation Method :
        Blend together ground almonds, dry spices, ginger, garlic, tomatoes, & yogurt along with salt.
        Now marinate the chicken with this mixture.
        Now melt butter in kadai , wok or in a frying pan.
        Add onions & fry it till takes brown color.
        Now add the mixed chicken into it & fry it about 7/10 mins. Stir in about half of the coriander         and mix well.
        Pour over the cream and stir in well. Bring to the boil.
    Garnish the butter chicken with the remaining chopped coriander to serve the chicken curry.

    Ingredients For Andhra Chicken Recipe :

        Onions (finely chopped) :     2
        Chicken (cleansed)          :     1kg
        Garlic Cloves (flakes     ) :     2
        Coconut (grated)               :     3 tbsp
        Garam Masala Powder  :     2 ½ tsp
        Cinnamon Pieces             :     2 ½ tsp
        Ginger Paste                      :     100 gm
        Cumin Seeds                     :     1/2 tsp
        A bunch of Coriander Leaves (chopped) :   
        Oil :     2 tbsp
        Turmeric Powder               :     1 tsp
        Red Chili Powder               :     ½ tsp
        Salt (or as desired)            :     1 tsp
        Water                                     :     1 ½ cup
        Bay Leaves                         :     2


    Preparation Method for Andhra Chicken Recipe :

     1 . Clean  the skin of the chicken.
     2 .Now  heat it in a saucepan at low heat.
     3 .Add turmeric powder and 1/2 tsp of salt then stir it well and cover it tight, allow it to go soft with its own liquid.
     4 .For a paste grind the ingredients like ginger, garlic, cumin seeds and coconut all together.
     5 .Heat oil on low the flame.
     6 .Add cinnamon, cloves , bay leaves and chopped onions to it. Stir fry till it turns golden brown.
     7 .Mix the spice paste now and saute for three minutes till it becomes little brownish.
     8 .Transfer the boiled chicken into it and sprinkle red chili over it. Pour water over it now and allow it to dry.
     9 .Sprinkle the Garam Masala powder over it and stir it well.
     10. For garnish sprinkle coriander leaves over it.
