    Poori With Curry


    Ingredient :

    wheat flour : 225Grams
    water       :100 ml
    sooji (semolina):20Grams
    oil         :2 Teaspoons
    salt        : 1 Pinch


    Directions:

    1.In a bowl, mix together mix well using fingers. with flour, salt, sooji and water.
    2.Knead to make a tight dough. Cover with a cloth for 15 min to rest.
    3.Knead the dough again and divide the dough in equal small round balls
    4.And roll out into 3 rounds on a oiled board or puri machine..
    5.Deep fry in hot oil and press with a spoon to puff the poori.

    *(knead dough means Mettaga pindini pisiki kaluputa)

    Curry

    Ingredient :

    Onions : 2
    Green chillies : 4
    Boiled Potatoes : 3
    Refined oil : 2 tsp
    Sanagapindi (Gram flour) : 2 tsp
    Water : 1 glass
    Coriander leaves : A few
    Curry leaves : 1 Stem
    Salt : to  taste(1 tsp)

    For Seasoning:

    Channa Dal : 1/2 tsp 
    Urad Dal   : 1/2 tsp
    Mustard seeds:  1/2 tsp
    jeera -  1/2 tsp
    red chillies :2
    curry leaves :1 stem


    Procedure:

    1. Cut  onions and  green chillies into slices
    2. Boiled Mash the potatoes
    3. Now take oil in a pan, heat the oil, add Seasoning(talimpu )
    4. After Seasoning add onions slices and chillies, fry till golden brown color and add mashed potato       to it
    5. Mean while take sanaga pindi (gram flour) in a bowl and add  water mix it till there are no lumps
    6. After 5 minutes add sanaga pindi mix  to that curry, keep mixing
    7. Let it cook for 5 minutes, wait till it gets medium thickness and add salt as per your taste.
    8. potato curry is ready garnish with coriander leaves. Serve it with poori
